For each paragon you awaken they will aid you with an ability while in the Dread Wastes.

Amber is the Color of My Energy

There are 2 types of abilities, Enhancements and Augmentations. You can only have ONE of each type active at a time.

Enhancements are offensive abilities -
Kil'ruk the Wind-Reaver - [spell=131767] [spell=122161] - Great ability but sadly the 1 minute cooldown.
Malik the Unscathed - [spell=124529] [spell=124532]
Iyyokuk the Lucid - [spell=127382] - Lucidity only effect certain abilities and varies for each class.
Rik'kal the Dissector - [spell=127794]
Xaril the Poisoned Mind - [spell=127370] [spell=127372]

Augmentations are defensive & utility -
Kaz'tik the Manipulator - [spell=127351] - You gain an extra action button (like Ultraxion and Deathwing) that you can use to mind control mobs, some mobs are immune.
Korven the Prime - [spell=127703]
Ka'roz the Locust - [spell=127375] The 2nd jump will also thrust you forward.
Hisek the Swarmkeeper - [spell=127356] Not sure what mobs or buffs it refers to as we currently can't awaken Hisek on beta yet.
Skeer The Bloodseeker - [spell=123219] [spell=123223]

Note that you do not actually have to do the quests with the abilities active, you simply have to complete them with each of the abilities. You can quest with your favorite two buffs active then switch to two others prior to turning the quests in; you will get achievement credit for the new buffs.
