Take From Them Everything

Due to the wording of the achievement, I thought you needed the supply crates to get this. You can do this only ONE of the 3 lootables: Supply Crates, Draenic Gems, and Fruit Baskets. They each give a different buff so looting from a different source will NOT extend your buff.

I recommend the Fruit Baskets around 50, 73 in the NorthEast Corner of Socrethar's Rise. There are plenty of Fruit Baskets there.

You can do this even when it isn't the daily hub. The best place I found is a little herb garden area at 48, 72.7 where there are a lot of fruit baskets in a small area and very easy mobs. Just use a buff and refresh with <15seconds left until you keep it for 10minutes.

There are three buffs you can maintain:

Fruit Basket will give you Draenic Pear
Draenic Gems will give you Gem Dust
Filled Draenic Flask will give you Distilled Essence

Each buff lasts for 2 minutes, and it doesn't stack. You will need to pilfer/kick/drink 6 of those in order to get the achievement. Best is to find spot from where you can see at least 2 objects that you are collecting, in case that someone snaps one in front of your nose, and click on it with ~15 seconds of buff remaining.
