At 53, 72 you can found Skywing a little bird who gives you Skywing quest. It's easy at 80, and when you complete it you also recieve Miniwing :) No need to say but it counts for the achievement.
I was stuck on 61/63. After much searching, I found that the Huntress Kima quest chain in Nagrand includes 2 Terokkar quests.
