Hi ,I too wish to share some quick knowledge to help questers get this achievement. I was stuck 2 quests short of this achievement.
I overlooked one item drop quest:
"Count" Ungula's Mandible
and another low lvl Escort
Escape from UmbrafenHope this info will help.

Don't forget that some quests (like this one here) are obtained from drops. I was also stuck at 53/54 until I did that one.
