Anyone having trouble with this one? My hunter Kaimenate, is currently wearing the full Eagletalon set according the ingame ui, but nope, no achieve triggering.

I had the same issue. It was solved when I sold the newest item to the vendor (I didn't need it). It seems that the system needs to be sure that you will not trade it.
I had gotten the full priest LFR set, but did not get the achievement.. After logging off and back on the achievement popped up.
