Pygmy Suckerfish - Howling Fjord (10% Coastal/Inland Open Water) *Caught with other fish.
Rockfin Grouper - The Frozen Sea (60% Coastal Open Water)

There are multiple places to farm these fish. If you aren't having any luck then I would suggest visiting El's Anglin'.

So...catching different fish makes you an oceanographer? Here I was studying bathymetric maps of the ocean floor like a dummy.

You need: to be able to fly in both Northrend and Azeroth, HS preferably in Stormwind or a nice mage to join you. I suggest you to be at least level 82 for the portal to Deepholm.
Not sure if this is the most efficent route but it worked fine for me.

FYI: Look for schools of fish for a quicker catch (and a chance to catch the Sea Turtle). Open water work fine but might take a while.

FYI: Try to fish in schools as much as possible since they have a higher drop rate on Huge Spotted Feltail and Goldenscale Vendorfish.

Take the boat to Borean Tundra.

Pygmy suckerfish (O) will be caught with any other fish, you will most likely find at least one while fishing for the other fishes. If not: just continue to fish when you are done.

Fly to Howling Fjord
(Since you cross Grizzly Hills you can stop for Glacial Salmon (L) west of Voldrune for example.)

If you didn't catch a Darkwater Clam (O) anywhere else, go kill a few of the Murlocs on the coast west of Apothecary Camp, otherwise:
Continue to Gjalerbron and the lake southeast
-Fangtooth Herring (L)
*Dark Herring (One that didnt get away)
