For those coming here to check if this achievement is bugged because it's not unlocking for you a simple relog did the trick for me.

Achievement currently seems bugged. I've done every wing now and all the critera are checked, but I'm not being awarded the achievement.
EDIT: I got the achievement when I logged in the next day.
