At level 120 you can do this just by nuking the boss. In a 10man group we killed him in seconds and all the requirements of the achievements were done and it was all good.

Just like to add with nighthold being out for a while you can actually burn the boss down with a decently geared group (I'd say 875-880) and push to p2 without any problems. Just pull to a corner and kill you'll get credit for 3 of the 4 and than you can either come back in with someone else lockout and do the last one or wait a week and do on your own lock out again!
