You can abandon the quest over and over again until you have this achievement.
This achievement is super easy to complete once the weekly quest Burning Ice is up during the Fyraak Assaut in the Azure Span (not up every assault).
Using the extra action button whilst your drake is in the air over a fire with the water bubble will give anywhere from 10-20 credits towards this achievement. Not sure if this is intended currently, but takes just a few minutes to complete the achievement. You can abandon the quest over and over if needed too.
