Hmm, with the removal of the Eye of the Jailer in 9.1 after some questing, will this achievement no longer be possible?

Either way should probably get it done before 9.1 if you want it just to be safe.

Anyone who has finished Focusing the Eye, you can still do it afterwards. Just kill the Mawsworn Blackguard in the Maw. It worked for me.

I added it to the rarescanner and indicated if she found one.

Decent route to farm [npc=183173], got about 10-15 per pass. Took less than an hour.
