I completed the achievement today - no pet received in Bag, Mail or Journal. So currently appears to be bugged.
UPDATE: This has been fixed and you should now receive the pet on gaining the achievement

These are world quests that appear in in Azj-Kahet. Rak-ush is the south-eastern region of the zone.
To get world quests in this zone you must complete the TWW level-up campaign, and then make a pact, which is done through a quest you can pick up in The Weaver's Lair.
Which pact you choose does not appear to affect which world quests in Rak-ush will be up for you.
Grub Run spawns in the northwest part of the zone. The others spawn in Rak-ush in the southeast.
As of 23rd of Sep Worm Theory is up on EU servers. I got the achievement but did not get the Lil' Bonechewer. This expansion is giving me PTSD.
