why does Blizzard do this? I don't mind making world quests apart of achievements and metas, but making them like this, where it takes literal months for just one to pop up is the dumbest !@#$ i've ever seen. absolutely no body wants to wait to complete an achievement.
UPDATE: I completed this a while back, but I felt it was necessary for me to inform everyone. I'm not sure if there's a world quest rotation with the other 2 or what, but i unknowingly got this achievement when i was doing a random side quest in the southeastern part of Azj'Kahet, in Rak-Ush. I did the WQ when I was doing that side quest and I didn't even know it was this. Still, my original comment applies.
This is quite literally the last thing I need for You Xal Not Pass. I’ve been checking everyday for over a month and nothing. Please Blizzard, have a heart and just manually activate this WQ.
I really wish if things were going to be tied to an achievement they had a better schedule. X day of the month, X day of the week, X hour of the day. The RNG of events, wqs, and mobs for certain achievements is just awful. It's bad enough I'm still working on the same raids after so many years but now to be waiting for world quests too? The time drain is so unbelievably old and tired.
