Forever's new dungeons: Dalaran at 20 to 35, Lordaeron and the Hall of Thanes at low level, a Wetlands dig and the Drowned City

Lead Software Engineer Nora Mills presented World of Warcraft: Forever's new dungeons at the What's Next panel. The headline is Dalaran: the city was concealed after the events of Warcraft III, but that barrier has come down, and although the city is restored the Kirin Tor do not have the situation under control. Players from level 20 to 35 enter the city dungeon to set things right.

Two lower level dungeons are faction flavoured rather than faction locked. Lordaeron lies in ruins with Scourge still inside; Horde players from level 15 to 20 take up arms to reclaim the city, though Alliance may find their way in. The Hall of Thanes has been breached, and Alliance players from level 13 to 18 are called to protect its ancient treasures, which Horde players may want to take for themselves.

Two more were named: a new Excavation Site in the Wetlands that the Explorers' League has its sights on, and the Drowned City, an ancient troll ruin off the coast of Stranglethorn Vale, which is playable on the BlizzCon show floor today. Together with the second levelling zone's dungeon mentioned earlier in the panel, these give Forever's 1 to 60 journey new stops alongside the original instances.
