Eligibility
To participate, players must link their Twitch account at account.battle.net/connections or link on YouTube through the YouTube Connected Apps page. Players who changed their password or made other changes to their Twitch or Battle.net account must relink, and there is a 7-day cooldown before a new Twitch account can be relinked.
After claiming rewards on Twitch, players should log into the Battle.net region where they want the items delivered, as the first region logged into receives the drops. It can take up to 24 hours for rewards to appear in game after claiming.

Frequently asked questions
Blizzard's FAQ covers account linking, devices, and delivery. Twitch accounts are linked by signing into Battle.net at account.battle.net/connections and clicking Connect for Twitch, while YouTube accounts are linked through the YouTube Connected Apps page. Drops can be earned and claimed on PC and Mac web browsers or the Twitch or YouTube apps for Android and iOS; apps on game consoles, smart TVs, and other TV apps do not support drops.
Drop progress can be earned across any eligible channel in the World of Warcraft category on Twitch, and switching channels does not lose progress, though watching multiple channels at once does not speed it up. On YouTube, the official World of Warcraft channel must be watched for the entire time. Twitch drops must be claimed on the channel being watched or in the Drops Inventory menu, while YouTube rewards are delivered automatically when accounts are connected.
Earned Twitch Drop rewards expire 7 days after being claimed if a Battle.net account has not been linked. Streamers only need to link their Twitch and Battle.net accounts and opt into Drops. Participating Twitch regions are North America, Latin America, Europe, The Middle East, Africa, Japan, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand; YouTube also includes Korea. Blizzard reserves the right to change, pause, or cancel the drops and rewards if they cannot run as planned.
Select BlizzCon programming, including the Opening Ceremony, major panels, and esports competitions, will be livestreamed on official channels. Musical performances and some other elements will not be livestreamed and remain exclusive to in-person attendees at the Anaheim Convention Center. Rewards are not available in World of Warcraft Classic games, require a World of Warcraft subscription or Game Time, and decor placement requires access to World of Warcraft: Midnight. BlizzCon Pass rewards will be delivered during the week of September 21 to attendees who properly linked their pass.
