Blizzard's official Forever page sets the dates: an opt-in beta from September 17 to October 21, 2026, early name reservation from October 27 to November 3, and launch on November 4. Forever is included with an active WoW subscription.

Blizzard's official World of Warcraft: Forever page, published alongside the BlizzCon 2026 opening ceremony, gives the full run-up to launch. The beta begins on September 17, 2026 and runs through October 21. Players can opt in on the page; the Skyborne Epic Pack and the Warcraft Forever Collection include beta access outright.

Early name reservation runs from October 27 through November 3, first come first served, tied to the specific WoW account it was purchased for. World of Warcraft: Forever launches on November 4, 2026.

Forever is included with an active World of Warcraft subscription or game time; it is not a separate purchase. The paid packs add a 30 day game time grant at launch, a beta seat, and the Skyborne race (see the Skyborne article). An Invite-A-Friend launch code, awarded with qualifying purchases and emailed from October 20, gives an invitee access from November 4 to 11.
