The frogs he spawns cast [spell=221395] so kill them quickly.

The map marks it with vignette 1,541, which the client hides once hidden tracking quest 43954 is complete. In game, /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(43954)) prints true when that quest is flagged for your character.
