If you start at "Irongrove Retreat", cross the road to the southwest and cross the "Ambervale" to Falanaar. Follow the river to the bay to the "Sundered Shoals". The game data tunes Mar'tura for level 45, Legion content.
The map marks it with vignette 1,642, which the client hides once hidden tracking quest 44124 is complete. In game, /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(44124)) prints true when that quest is flagged for your character.
