Mar'tura is located in Suramar.
Coordinates: 13.6, 53.6 - Suramar, Sundered Shoals
TomTom: /way Suramar 13.6, 53.6 Mar'tura
Flight point: Irongrove Retreat - [npc=114666]
Achievement: Adventurer of Suramar --> [quest=44124]
If you start at "Irongrove Retreat", cross the road to the southwest and cross the "Ambervale" to Falanaar. Follow the river to the bay to the "Sundered Shoals". You will find Mar'tura south of the building on a flat rock in the water.I show you the way to Mar'tura in this Video: https://youtu.be/_ouGumgOIFI
As a rogue, when you sap Mar'tura, it does a quick "hiding in shell" effect.
