General info:
Rare level is scaled to your level, so it can be level 100-110. (Works everywhere except Suramar)
If your friend is 110 and you are 100 both of you can see different HP and different level, and still fight in the same phase.
Rare NPC in legion have almost instant respawn time (1 min max)
On first kill drops [currency=1220] and sometimes [item=138839]
[item=138839] can be buffed with [item=139390]

  • if you start in "Valdisdall", follow the road to the north-east through the Runewoods and over the Field of Fallen Kings, until you reach "Haustvald". In Haustvald go down all the stairs and goes through the "Portal to Helheim" (73.7, 39.3). In Helheim follow the path to the wooden curve and go to the east to the shipwreck. Behind the shipwreck is a cave, hidden in the fog, where is Fenri.

Level and Map Tracking

The game data tunes Fenri for levels 10 to 45, Legion content.

The map marks it with vignette 773, which the client hides once hidden tracking quest 38461 is complete. In game, /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(38461)) prints true when that quest is flagged for your character.
