If you're like me and you like to farm old content but you forgot how to get to these three, you must defeat Beastlord Darmac and Operator Thogar in the Iron Assembly wing, and then drop down a large elevator shaft in the Foundry Terminus into the Dread Grotto, where they await as the final bosses of that section. I always forget about this bit and keep having to go back.
The Iron Maidens consist of 3 bosses in Blackrock Foundry which count as a single boss kill.
