Doing this on legacy mode - mythic.
I really dont know what was going on or how to survive it.
When she channels at the top of the platform not standing still seemed to prevent me getting nuked.
I also avoided the little puddles that look like infinite space as they seemed to contribute to the nuking.

Stay out of space puddles and keep moving when she gets the 99% bubble seemed to work.

Overview

Scalecommander Sarkareth begins the fight with Oppressing Howl and attempts to obliterate players with Glittering Surge. When weakened, he draws upon the power of the Void to enhance his draconic powers, using Abyssal Breath and Ebon Might to summon and strengthen images of himself. When severely wounded, Sarkareth destroys the room to fully draw in powers of the Void and convert his abilities to their most powerful forms.
