If you for some reason picked up a quest to go to Vashjir, abandon it! That was the case for me.
Yes, it would be nice for this vendor to be back. theres people that werent level 60 so unable to purchase the transmogs also the pet should still be available for those with left over currency...i mean, the currency is still in your bags, whats the point of that if they cant be spent? You know, the Legion vendors are still there too, just saying.
