Once you have Shaping Fate on your main, if you choose to skip the first three chapters of the Chains of Domination campaign on any alts, they can travel straight to Korthia and pick up this quest immediately from Tal-Galan.
They should fix the missclicking of the <Stay awhile and listen.>. Reloading UI, relogging, exiting game....none of that works....you need to wait for the whole stupid dialogue to finish.
