Vyranoth

If you interact with her in the Roasted Ram Inn in Valdrakken during Home in Time for Tea, it will say:

<The air around Vyranoth is significantly cooler. Although she appears to be calm, it is clear that something has deeply upset her.>

When you respond "Is everything all right? [sic], she will respond with:

[npc=207350] has been telling me about the storm drakes. The Thorignir and their... "creator."
[npc=114263].
He has virtually enslaved these dragons, after declaring our kind unworthy of protecting Azeroth!

If you interact with [npc=207350], he also has more to say about [npc=114263], telling you what he told Vyranoth about his treatment of the Thorignir as "his personal chauffeurs, lackeys and lapdogs", and about his "insisting the dragons did not deserve to defend the world".

I am confused by all of this. I played all through Legion and I'm very interested in questing, so I always read all the quests and talk to all the NPCs. Granted, it has been a few years since I've leveled through that content. Still, I thought that the Thorignir were enslaved by the enemy group of Vrykul (the ones serving [npc=114537], I believe?), NOT [npc=114263]? Am I mistaken?
