TheWoWDBI like this, bringing in an old Outlands ally, Mordenaku, who asks about Khadgar and about having heard of Illidan's resurrection. For many years, the expansions have felt a little like standalone bubbles rather than a connected story. You the player have traversed these tales, but it is nice to see writing for the NPCs as well, that they are observing the flow of the narrative.

if you're exalted with the netherwing, mordenaku's dialogue changes slightly - specifically, after talking about how overwhelming he finds the dragon isles, he says he's glad the player was there. 🥺
