This was the ideal item to use to level my JC from 50-75. Not only was it cheap to level with those, but made me money in the end thanks to the strong market for Bronze band of Force.
These (and most other trade goods) are good to level up jewelcrafting with. Compare this one to making a Solid Bronze Ring (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=20907). This is twice as effective to skill up with.
Although it is possible they may not be as profitable to sell (but I wouldn't know, really).
