Okay, here's what you do:
Step One: Roll a dwarf hunter or warrior.
Step Two: Equip this on him/her. (May require weapon training)
Step Three: Spam Raptor Strike or Heroic Strike.
Step Four: Make a macro that makes your dwarf yell "THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE HIGHLANDER!". Or for more fun, shout it yourself.
Step Five: Revel in the 80's movie flashbacks.
