This is the little brother to the Crimson Cranium Smasher
Confirmed dropping from Deeb again in 10.1.7. Took about a dozen kills so definitely not 100% drop chance. Drops in addition to the random boe green that rares typically drop.
Take the path North of Brill towards the Crypt. Go down to the water. He's up on a hill with one add, directly across from the bones of the beached... whale? Not sure what it is.
