Terrifyingly bad weapon. A relic of Blizzard's horrendous Pre TBC itemization. Far too fast in speed for it to be effective, with a weak proc that doesn't make up for it. Don't craft this, stick with any slow green you can pick up via questing or drops.
Besides, if your Battlegroup still has Alterac Valley games going in the 51-59 bracket, pick up the quest to win a game, you can receive the Ice Barbed Spear which beats the stuffing out of this axe in every way.
well if you learn to smelt the dark iron ore i don't hink it would be to bad to make this for the amount it sells for and helps with the blacksmithing leveling
so i am sure someone has made one or two (;

As this weapon costs a staggering 26 dark iron bars to make i don't see how anyone would want to smith one of these because the CoH is pretty lousy and there aren't any other stats on it either..
I wonder if there ever has anyone crazy enough to smith one of these ;-)
