If anyone like me is still out there farming old JC designs this does still drop. Took me about 10 summons so was a bit of a grind but got it in the end :)
Dropped of an Apex Guardian tonight.
confirmed drop off of Apexis Guardian, the 5-man (or soloable, for a kiting class) rock giant boss summoned from the group "Simon-"esque game in Blade's Edge Mountains. Don't know if this was added as a BEM only drop, as of yet, however.
This was the first time I had killed one since the patch, kited it around Ogril'a for a few minutes with a guild Shadow Priest who happens to be a JC ;)
