The actual mats are 10 adamantite bars.
One thing about farming it, according to wowhead a Hardened Adamantite Bar is worth 18 gold, but an Adamantite Bar is worth 2 gold. Well you can do the math, and if wowhead is correct than you would make more money selling just Adamantite Bars, but as the previous poster said a Hardened Bar is used in alot of High Level Engineering and Blacksmithing, so the Hardened Bar might be easyer to sell. Just some economical thinking... -Wes
