This weapon is ultimate for the lvl 43 hunter. This along with other AP+ gear gave me 101.1 dps at lvl 44, definately worth the 18g b/o i found it for. If u run into this weapon on the ah then I would strongly recommend buying it, it will definitely last you a few good levels.

Skull Splitting Crossbow may be better than Precisely Calibrated Boomstick, if you have Improved Aspect of the Hawk you will improve your attack speed alot more with Skull Splitting Crossbow than Precisely Calibrated Boomstick.

This weapon is ultimate for the lvl 43 warrior, not hunter.

It's a lot more optimal for a hunter, warriors don't need agility

New player? Warriors used to gain crit from agility in vanilla-cataclysm

This weapon used to have strength not agility.And since bows,guns and crossbows where extremely rare this was a hunter weapon regardless of having 3 strength.It also had 14 attackpower and nice top damage.
