Better in which way? The stats are obviously going to be better on a lvl49 blue vs a lvl34 green. If referring to "Stormwind Guard" Transmogging...Maximillian's Shield is the only "authentic" shield and neither the Aegis or Knights Crest matches the coloration.
I wonder if my Paladin used this to class-promote.
Aegis of Stormwind is much better than this.
