Pretty good for 30-39 bracket twinks, had it on my rogue alt while grinding. Replaced at level 52 with Primed Musket.
You can put an Accurate Scope on it for ultimate success, I've done several 250+ crits with this, pretty crazy in the hands of a well-enchanted twink!
PS: Dropped from Marauding Owlbeast at Hinterlands, if you want to farm it its good money at hinterlands. And the auction house, too, for twinks.
