beside that, lost of people have addons auto-blocking lvl 1 chars
You CAN just kill about 5 or 6 mobs till you hit level two. You have to run through an entire area to get to the bank in the main city anyways.
I got this easily as alliance: sat on top of the Defias Dockmaster, who spawned about every minute for me to 1shot and loot while afk reading webpages. I'm guessing he dropped one of the grey items in his table every third kill, probably took me 20 mins.
No doubt the best weapon in the game. It's perfect for 90 heroic raid tanking, DPS, and healer. This knife is unbeatable, and the amount of damage it inflicts is unbelievable. Definitely recommend this weapon to any professional WoW gamers who are serious about their game.

If you really want your bank alt to stay lvl 1, then don't kill any mobs on your way to a major city. When you reach the city you go straight to the NPC who can stop exp gaining, and pay the 10 gold. For Horde it is in Orgrimmar. You may not be able to travel from your starting area to the major city, without reaching lvl 2 from exploration. Then travel to the nearest city and pay a mage from Trade Chat to make you a portal to the final destination city. It's not harder than that to remain lvl 1 on your bank alt forever.
