Item Level 1Details
Stats by Level
Before any upgrade, Orb of Voidsight scales with the wearer from level 1 to level 45, and its item level always equals the wearer’s level.
3 upgrade tokens raise that cap: Battle-Hardened Heirloom Armor Casing to level 50, Eternal Heirloom Armor Casing to level 60 and Awakened Heirloom Armor Casing to level 70.
Fully upgraded, at level 70 it is item level 70 with +15 Intellect.
| Level | Item level | Upgrade | Stats |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 | 10 | Not needed | +2 Intellect |
| 20 | 20 | Not needed | +6 Intellect |
| 45 | 45 | Not needed | +9 Intellect |
| 50 | 50 | Battle-Hardened Heirloom Armor Casing | +10 Intellect |
| 60 | 60 | Eternal Heirloom Armor Casing | +12 Intellect |
| 70 | 70 | Awakened Heirloom Armor Casing | +15 Intellect |
Computed from the game client’s own data: the item level from the heirloom’s level curve and level caps, the stat amounts from the item’s stat allocation at that item level.

How the numbers add up
Intellect on Orb of Voidsight rises from +2 at level 10 to +15 at level 70, a gain of 13. The largest rise between two listed levels is +4, from level 10 to level 20. With no upgrade token the Intellect stops at +9 at level 45, so the tokens account for the last 6 points.
The level cap starts at 45. The 3 upgrade tokens lift it by 5, 10 and 10 levels in turn, to a final cap of 70, which is 25 levels above the base cap.
Of the 22 differently named trinket heirlooms, 4 list Intellect among their stat types.
The source line Warlords of Draenor Mythic Dungeon Bosses is shared by 4 other trinket heirlooms: Gronntooth War Horn, Infallible Tracking Charm, Judgment of the Naaru and Purified Shard of the Third Moon.
