How the numbers add up
Critical Strike on Tidesages' Warscroll rises from +4 at level 10 to +22 at level 70, a gain of 18. The largest rise between two listed levels is +5, from level 10 to level 20. With no upgrade token the Critical Strike stops at +10 at level 30, so the tokens account for the last 12 points.
The level cap starts at 30. The 6 upgrade tokens lift it by 5, 5, 5, 5, 10 and 10 levels in turn, to a final cap of 70, which is 40 levels above the base cap.
Of the 22 differently named trinket heirlooms, 3 list Critical Strike among their stat types.
The source line Vendor: Provisioner Stoutforge is shared by 3 other trinket heirlooms: Dwarven War Horn, Hymnal of the 7th Legion and Kaldorei Powder of Twilight.
