Garrote the enemy, silencing them for 3 sec and causing damage over 18 sec, increased by your attack power. Must be stealthed. Awards 1 combo points and causes you to appear behind the target.
How it works
Each cast of Garrote costs 45 Energy. Casting it triggers a 1 sec global cooldown.
Garrote is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 3. Its base value is 20 per tick. It applies the bleeding mechanic. It ticks every 3 sec, 6 times over the full 18 sec (120 base in total).
- Effect 2 is effect type 328, which the datamine does not name. Its base value is 1.
- Effect 3 is Trigger Spell (effect type 64). It triggers Garrote - Silence.
What it does
Garrote is a spell with an instant cast, a range of 5 yards and effects that last 18 sec. When cast it applies an aura with the bleeding mechanic every 3 sec. The client files the whole spell under the bleeding mechanic. It also casts Garrote - Silence.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the MoP Classic client, build 5.5.4.70631. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
