Overview
Averzian uses Shadow's Advance to claim territory on the battlefield. Territory claimed cannot be retaken, and if Averzian claims three adjacent territories in a row he unleashes the March of the Endless. Causing an Umbral Collapse on a territory being taken prevents its capture.
Damage Dealers
- Abyssal Voidshapers attempt to use Gathering Darkness at full power.
- Shadowguard Stalwarts attempt to empower their allies with Pitch Bulwark.
Healers
- Dark Upheaval inflicts periodic damage to all players.
- Umbral Collapse inflicts damage to everyone that is reduced by the number of players at the impact location.
Tanks
- Averzian gains Imperator's Glory while close to territory he controls.
- When Averzian strikes his current target he infects them with Blackening Wounds.

On Heroic difficulty, Abyssal Voidshapers cast Gathering Darkness to transform into Obscurion Endwalkers. On Mythic difficulty, Abyssal Voidshapers cast Gathering Darkness to transform into Obscurion Endwalkers. In addition, they also cast Cosmic Shell to become immune to Umbral Collapse.
Voidmaw
On Heroic difficulty, at 35% health remaining the Voidmaw crawls towards the nearest void-claimed space to restore its health. On Mythic difficulty, at 35% health remaining the Voidmaw rushes towards the nearest void-claimed space to restore its health.
