Simply click on Stormrider Torena (/way 55.04 27.36), Professor Neltik (/way 55.13 27.25), Linny Leadfinger (/way 55.25 27.21), and Arathi Reserve (/way 55.42 26.98) and click "{quest} Thank you for the information", then click back on Ullna and chose your reward.

Words cannot express how terribly designed this quest chain is. Any attempt at getting these orphans to interact with quest objectives is infeasible and insanely futile. The entire experience was essentially the equivalent to purring bleach directly into my eyes.
