A Difficult Legacy is a quest for level 70 in Ohn'ahran Plains.
Let us talk to Veritistrasz about this vase, <name>.
I want to temper your expectations though. It is just a vase, but you never know. It could be exciting.
Maybe it could point us to a cache of weapons?

Delivered the vase, listened to the conversation (long), completed the quest, not bugged here. Quest just ends, you don't get a new one after completion.
This quest has been bugged for me. The dialogue options from Veritistrasz won't show up, even after abandoning and reaccepting the quest. There is currently no way for me to complete this quest.
This seems to be the last quest in the chain. I fully explored the Zskera Vault: Kx this week and did not find another item for them.
