This quest has been bugged for me. The dialogue options from Veritistrasz won't show up, even after abandoning and reaccepting the quest. There is currently no way for me to complete this quest.
This seems to be the last quest in the chain. I fully explored the Zskera Vault: Kx this week and did not find another item for them.
