- Is dropped by cranes just North of Halfhill

Gina:
5 x Swirling Mist Soup

Ingredients:
5 x Jade Lungfish
- Fished from pools in streams in rivers in Jade Forest

Haohan:
5 x Charbroiled Tiger Steak

Ingredients:
5 x Raw Tiger Steak
- Drops from tigers all across Pandaria. I suggest the 90 tigers on Windward Isle in Jade Forest

Jogu:
5 x Sauteed Carrots

Ingredients:
10 x Juicycrunch Carrot
- Bought using 1 Ironpaw token or planting seeds.

Sho:
5 x Eternal Blossom Fish

Ingredients:
5 x Jade Lungfish
25 x Striped Melon
- Melons bought with 1 Ironpaw token or seeds planted.
- Jade Lungfish fished from schools along streams and lakes in Jade Forest

Old Hillpaw:
5 x Braised Turtle

Ingredients:
5 x Raw Turtle Meat
25 x Juicycrunch Carrot
- Juicycrunch Carrot bought with 1 ironpaw token or plant a seed
- Raw Turtle Meat drops from turtles all over pandaria. Some nearby near Nesingwary's Safari

Fish:
5 x Twin Fish Platter

Ingredients:
10 x Krasarang Paddlefish
- Fished from pools in Valley of The Four Winds. Found some in the Pools of Purity

Chee Chee:
5 x Valley Stir Fry

Ingredients:
5 x Reef Octopus
5 x Wildfowl Breast
- Octopus fished in pools along the coast of Krasarang Wilds
- Wildfowl Breast is dropped by cranes just North of Halfhill

Tina
5 x Fire Spirit Salmon

Ingredients:
5 x Emperor Salmon
25 x Scallion
- Salmon fished in Pools inland Valley of the Four Winds
- Scallion bought with 1 Ironpaw token or farmed

Waypoints for the possible food turn ins... if they're in town, you can just delete the ones that you don't need to visit after you add them. These people either show up in Halfhill Market or they're in one of these places. You can do these once a day.
