You actually don't need to kill anything. The item actually spawns. It's on the ledge of one of the two buildings at 32.3 26.9. You can even grab it while on your mount in flight (but not in druid flight form). This makes this quest the easiest of this bunch. I have submitted a screen shot.

Description
That crazy Chee Chee is actually pretty neat. Mah always said that hozen were nothing but trouble, but... I guess he's just a better hozen then the rest of them. We should do something nice for him! Those mountain hozen in the west make some really fancy stir fry, and keep bowls of it inside their little hozen houses. I bet Chee Chee would love some!
