A Fresh Start is a quest for level 10-60, added in Shadowlands.

Step 2 of 2. Chain order is read from the prerequisite data in the current retail client build, so it reflects what the game requires, not a curated storyline.
Taken from the quest's prerequisites.
Since the dawn of Revendreth, Temel has been charged with proclaiming the sins of souls for all to hear. Every soul here, including venthyr, has been forced to endure his wrathful pronouncements on at least one occasion.
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
Objective areaIn-game waypoint: /way #1525 66.8 48.8
TheWoWDB/way #1525 66.8 48.8Map coordinates of the pins above. An area the client draws as a shape is given by the centre of its points.
Quests whose map markers the client places closest to this one on Revendreth, nearest first. Distances are straight lines between the markers.
Flight points closest to the quest’s first objective area marker on Revendreth:
Straight-line distances in yards between the quest’s own map markers (QuestPOI) and the client’s flight-point positions (TaxiNodes); flight paths and terrain are not modelled.
First seen in build 12.0.7.68887 (Midnight patch 12.0.7, the oldest build in our datamine).

The roving elite bears (who never seem to stop attacking you no matter how far you run) and the neutral masons who suddenly turn on you are two of my least favorite npcs so far in SL. It really helps to have stealth here.
