The crypt you find her stone in is completely random, and each time a crypt closes it resets. More than one person cannot loot her sinstone either, you have to find your own. If your area is over-run with people, or you just want to hang, it's entirely possible to camp a single crypt and open it over and over again until you get her sinstone.
If the crypt closes on you, you can use the shovel inside to 'dig an escape tunnel' and it will spit you out somewhere outside the crypt.

Kind of interesting, I've done this on several toons and you find the sinstone exactly the 4th time you open a crypt. Everytime.
Nice to not have rng be for every aspect for a change.
1st key it will be a pile of dirt with a gray in it, next will be a mob that just leaves, next will be a mob you need to fight, then finally the sinstone.
To complete this quest you need to collect [item=174998]s and open crypts until you locate [item=174930].
First, fly with Echelon to the quest area. Now you should kill mobs at the graveyard to collect keys.
After collecting some unlock crypts across the area until you locate the sinstone. Its around 5-7 crypts.Inquisitor Stelia's Sinstone - https://youtu.be/vgPCmkajbu4?t=203

What to do
Description
You never truly escape your past, Maw Walker. Every venthyr once entered Revendreth as a soul, burdened by the immoralities of their mortal lives. Like all souls, they carved their true names and most shameful transgressions into sinstones. Knowledge that intimate can be a potent weapon, if wielded properly. Locate the sinstones of the inquisitors aiding the Accuser so that you may kill them. Start with Stelia. After they're dead, bring me the Accuser's sinstone. I will deal with her myself.
