TheWoWDBHi! I don't know if it's because of 10.2.7 or what, but I'm leveling a Dracthyr, and currently at level 64, the quest cannot be completed. Rostrum DEMANDS lvl 70. Tried the one in Valdraken too, same outcome. Don't know if will be fixed or what, just making notice of it here. Gonna report it on BUGS.

UPDATE 1: There seems to be a strange way to complete the quest. With one character modification... Just go to the barber and change something, it will complete.
UPDATE 2: They are working on a fix for this, and other "only 70" related bugs. Won't update more. Thanks for the feedback ^^

APPARENTLY, i WAITED TO LONG TO COMPLETE THIS, I JUST HAD TO ABANDON AND RE-ACCEPT THIS QUEST T HEN IT COMPLETED FINE.
What worked for me was going to a barber and just switching hairstyles. It seems the quest only checks if you have customized anything related to your character. This should help circumvent the bug until it's fixed.
