TheWoWDBTo get to the portals underneath Dalaran (like the one to Wyrmrest Temple), go to the center of Dalaran into the Chamber of the Guardian. In the middle of the room, there will be a disc on the floor, which you can run over and be transported to the portal room underneath.

Although the quest mentions Coldarra and The Nexus, it does not take place in this location. The Azure Dragonshrine is located southwest of Wyrmrest Temple in Dragonblight.
1. Take the Dalaran portal to Wyrmrest Temple (Optional)
There is a portal to Wyrmrest Temple in the Chamber of the Guardian in the centre of (New) Dalaran. Like the quest says, this step is optional but it is the quickest way to get there.
2. Travel to the Azure Dragonshrine
Fly south/southwest from the top of Wyrmrest Temple to get to the Azure Dragonshrine.
If you do not have Cold Weather Flying, talk to the red dragon Torastrasza to take you to the ground level of the temple.3. Clues Found (3)
You need to click on the following three objects:
- Void Siphon
- Strange Portal
- Void-Tainted Blade
Each time an image of Kalec will appear and tell you a bit about the clue you found.
4. Ethereal Communication Device
Turn in the quest at the Ethereal Communication Device in the southeast corner of the Azure Dragonshrine.
The portals underneath new Dalaran were removed after the release of BfA. However, while on this quest, the portal to Wyrmrest Temple is restored so that you can get there easily, especially for characters under level 30 without flying!

Description
If you seek the Nexus, be wary. There are strange happenings in Coldarra, and it would be best to understand them before proceeding. During my last visit to Dragonblight, I sensed unusual energies from the Azure Dragonshrine. Since this place was integral to Malygos' plans during the Nexus War, whatever is there may explain the current state of the Nexus. Here, take this image crystal. I must remain in Dalaran on Kirin Tor business, so we will speak through it. Good luck.
