A Timely Summons from Northrend

Vormu is actually in the middle of Dalaran (where the statue is), and not in the tower as indicated by the quest's UI.

[npc=111246] gives you this quest.
Fly to the old Dalaran (Wrath of the Lich King). [npc=123252] is in the middle of Dalaran in [zone=7896] (default coords are wrong and shows you the way to [zone=7888]):

/way 49.89 45.96

Then you get Disturbance Detected: Ulduar which will send you to the timewalk in [zone=4273] (gather party and ask [npc=123252] to send you to [zone=4273]).

Летим в старый Даларан (времен Wrath of the Lich King) по координатам, где стоит [npc=123252] (на карте показано неправильно, [npc=123252] стоит не в Аметистовой цитадели, а в центре Даларана (площадь Руноплета), возле фонтана):

/way 49.89 45.96

Далее получаем квест Disturbance Detected: Ulduar, который отправит нас в путешествие во времени в Ульдуар (соберите пати и попросите [npc=123252] отправить вас в Ульдуар).
