She appears to have some special dialogue if you are a Death Knight, referencing a certain Death Knight class campaign mission involving killing many red dragons.
<Alexstrasza's eyes narrow. Her teeth and claws seem to gleam just a tad more sharply.>
You have a great deal of nerve coming here, <name>.
What do you wish to take from the Red Dragonflight this time? After talking with her and getting the gift for Ysera, you can speak with her again.
<Alexstrasza eyes you coolly.>
Save your ally, <name>. Now, I think it would be best if you leave. Not all of my brood are as tolerant as I am.

[npc=164012] is located in the Twilight Highlands
I wish blizzard just added a portal to the area, but you have to fly yourself

- Use portal to the Twilight Highlands

/way 26.70 21.50 Alexstrasza (Twilight Highlands)Full quest: https://youtu.be/ZU-kpuM_daA
PS right now if you are horde premade character and you have you HS on cd, you have to fly all the way back to Zepelin Grom'Gol Base Camp, Stranglethorn Vale / Undersity to get back to the Orgrimmar
Since Extremedark's comment got downvoted to hell with no response, and in case anyone else is confused about why they "aren't talking about the prime consort, Krasus" in this quest, and only referring to Korialstrasz...
Korialstrasz = Krasus. They're the same. Krasus was simply the name he took in his high elven form, whereas Korialstrasz was his draconic name. No confusion, no character being 'forgotten', they're the same dude.

What to do
Description
My sister, Alexstrasza, lost her prime consort, Korialstrasz, towards the end of our war with Deathwing. She has loved many in her long life, but none as deeply as he. I know in my heart she loves him still. Find Alexstrasza in the Vermillion Redoubt and ask for a token of her lost love. It will surely prove a powerful reagent for the counter-curse.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- A Secret Never Spoken
The first reagent listed in the scroll is a secret never spoken. Well, that's easy. I know who has tons of secrets! Watcher Vesperbloom, our resident snoop. She keeps the Wild Hunt informed of any nefarious behavior that takes place in the forest.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- A Sacrifice of Anima
The last thing we need for this counter-curse is some attuned anima. Of course, we don't have much to spare. That means this is more of a sacrifice than it normally would be. But you know what? The spriggans made this mess, so they should help clean it up.
