TheWoWDBSince Cataclysm update, you now enter RFD from Darkcloud Pinnacle; follow the bridges to the mainland, as you cross the last bridge to the mainland bluff, you'll see the thorn vines of RFD to the right, enter there. The meeting stone is also relocated to this spot, which is right near the boar's head. Finally; when I got killed in the instance, I believe the Spirit Healer is now just outside the instance, instead of out in the Southern Barrens - Hooray! : )
