Adventuring in Khaz Algar is a quest for level 70-80 in Isle of Dorn. It is step 16 of 16 in the Visions of Azeroth storyline, the final step. It rewards 1,200 experience and money.
We've got scouts in every corner o' Khaz Algar, an' they all report the same thing: trouble.
Seems we got here just in time, eh?
Check the scouting map on the table behind ye and lend a hand where ye can.

This is on live servers for alts once you unlock Adventure Mode. It's from Brann Bronzebeard in the middle of Dornogal. If the character has not done The War Within, you can opt to skip the quest and you get sent to Brann right away. Then it's safe to accept any zone breadcrumb, including Isle of Dorn. If the character has done The War Within and you want to get Isle of Dorn done, read the spoiler.

Follow the intro till Violent Impact, then fly to Brann for Adventuring in Khaz Algar > Isle of Dorn. Continue the chain as usual from Jaina. If you've already done Slay the Saboteurs, quest sync with someone that didn't.
The [npc=227038] is on the table across the room from Brann Bronzebeard to the left.

Nevermind, I've just realised it's not on the table where Brann Bronzebeard is, it's behind in the corner.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
Quests whose map markers the client places closest to this one on Dornogal, nearest first. Distances are straight lines between the markers.
Flight points closest to the quest’s first objective area marker on Dornogal:
Straight-line distances in yards between the quest’s own map markers (QuestPOI) and the client’s flight-point positions (TaxiNodes); flight paths and terrain are not modelled.

Best if we split up here. I'll guide everyone to safety and see about getting them evacuated. In the meantime, you should search for Khadgar. I'm sure he could use your aid as well. You'll find another exit further ahead that should lead back to the surface.
Visions of Azeroth has 16 steps, from The War Within to Adventuring in Khaz Algar.
Maps its steps are placed on (steps per map): Dalaran (5), Dalaran (3), Silithus (2), Chamber of Heart (2).
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
